I'm a Lead Product Designer passionate about solving complex problems with human-centered design. Over my 10+ year career, I've designed B2B, B2C, SaaS, and enterprise products, most recently working on Cisco's Identity Service Engine (ISE) and Duo's identity and authentication products.

Recent highlights include leading a 0 to 1 ISE upgrade experience inside Cisco Cloud Control, and shipping Passport, a session and token theft protection feature that grew from 730K to 3M+ auths in 30 days. I also led design on Duo's passwordless authentication for Windows Logon, an iF Design Award winner. I love digging into complex problems and learning new product areas.

I work across the full design process: research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and guiding development through launch. I contribute to design systems, documentation, and mentoring other designers. I believe great products come from open communication between design, product, and engineering, and I base my decisions in data and user research. I'm also excited about how AI is changing our craft, and I regularly use AI for live prototyping and other daily tasks.
